Your coaching experience is fully personalized and designed to support you every step of the way. You’ll work with your dedicated coach who provides customized workouts, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and ongoing support through the coaching app. Communication includes voice notes, video feedback, and messaging so you always have real guidance and accountability when you need it.
That’s exactly who this program is designed for. Most of our clients have full careers, social lives, and busy schedules. You don’t need extra time - you need a strategy that fits into the time you already have. Your workouts are built around your real schedule, and your nutrition plan is designed to work with travel, restaurants, and social events.
Most women join the program looking to lose 15–30 pounds while building strength and confidence. Because our approach focuses on sustainable habits, results happen gradually and in a way that’s easier to maintain long term. Our clients work with us for 6–12 months to build lasting changes in their body, routine, and relationship with food.
This is not a cookie-cutter program. Your coaching is customized to your lifestyle, schedule, and goals. Before applying, we ask that you’re prepared to invest around $10 per day for personalized 1:1 coaching.
Most women work with us for 6-12 months. Sustainable fat loss, muscle building, and long-term habit change take time. This isn’t an 8-week reset - it’s about building results you can confidently maintain long after coaching ends.
