For years, I was stuck in a cycle of restriction and overeating, leaving me uncomfortable in my body and starting over every Monday. I tried to “fix” myself with extremes, only to burn out and repeat the same patterns.

Eventually, I realized something had to change - starting with my mindset. I stopped chasing smaller and started building stronger. Instead of restricting foods I loved, I made simple adjustments to my meals, and I learned to see movement as a privilege rather than a punishment.

When my habits became sustainable, consistency followed. This approach wasn’t just more enjoyable - it led to better results because I could actually stick with it long term.

That philosophy eventually became Fitness 4 Lazy Girls. Over the years, we've helped hundreds of women reach their goals without restriction by focusing on confidence, balance, and habits that fit into real life. Coach Isabelle

Hi, I'm Isabelle!

I’m the founder of Fitness 4 Lazy Girls, a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, and I’ve spent the past 4+ years helping busy women lose fat and get fit without extreme diets or hours in the gym.

Instead of restrictive diets or all-or-nothing routines, my approach focuses on simple, effective workouts and flexible nutrition that allow women to see progress while still enjoying their lives.

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of women lose weight, build strength, and create routines they can stick with long term. My goal is to help women feel confident, capable, and in control of their health by creating habits that feel realistic and sustainable - not just for a few months, but for life.

Hi, I’m Anita!

I'm a Certified Natural Health Practitioner, Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and bodybuilding athlete, and I've been coaching women for 10 years.

My coaching focuses on smart strength training paired with realistic nutrition and lifestyle support, so you can build confidence, improve performance, and see results that actually last.

I love working with women at every stage of their fitness journey, whether they’re rebuilding strength, learning how to lift with purpose, or fine-tuning physique goals. My goal is to create a supportive, empowering space where women feel seen, capable, and strong from the inside out.

Coach Blessing

Hi, I’m Blessing!

 I’m an ISSA-certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and transformation coach. I’ve worked in big-box gyms, private studios, and online coaching, supporting women at every stage of their fitness journey.

Before becoming a coach, I was a high school and college athlete. After leaving sports, I felt lost and disconnected from my body, while also navigating years of unexplained symptoms before being diagnosed with endometriosis. Through training, nutrition, and learning to work with my body instead of against it, I found strength, healing, and confidence again.

Today, I specialize in fat loss, muscle building, and functional training with a focus on mobility, balance, and corrective work. My passion is helping women feel strong and confident as they build a lifestyle that truly supports their goals.

Coach Bella

Hi, I’m Bella, your coach and biggest supporter!

I have a B.S. in Exercise Science, certifications in personal training and nutrition, and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Chiropractic. I blend science with real-life experience to guide you through your journey.

I’ve personally been on both sides of the spectrum, from struggling to gain weight to overcoming hormonal imbalances, so I know true progress goes beyond just workouts.

My mission is to help you build sustainable habits, rediscover your strength, and feel confident in your own skin. Fitness is a lifestyle and a mindset shift that shows you what your body is capable of. I’m with you every step of the way. Let’s make it happen together!
